Amazing beautiful relaxing

My only complaint was that I emailed the property to seek help with a room booking with a family, I booked 2 rooms on their advice only to find there was an apartment however the two rooms suited us perfectly.

Wonderful hotel, wonderful beach (no floating rubbish like Kuta and Seminyak!). The beach club and massages on the beach

The 3 bedroom Villa with pool was very spacious and perfect for our needs. The main pool and grounds were great and we’ll kept.

No negative comments about the property, but it was a bit of a shame that when someone in the unit above smoked on their balcony it filled up our pool and gazebo area with smoke. Also the kitchenette could be better stocked with kitchen utensils/cutlery/crockery. But I appreciate that most people probably don’t cook much!

It was great to get away & enjoy the peaceful lifestyle of Nusa Dua with Good waves every morning.

The family suite that we were in was a very good size for the 5 of us.

The resort was not a beachfront resort as we expected. The accommodation is getting a little old. There was a constant disgusting sewerage smell outside our room. Balcony side.

A beautiful location with clean and comfortable lodgings and lovely staff

It was so clean and the staff were so kind, helpful and couldn’t do enough for us.

I had an apartment and the kitchen was not equipped at all - no cutlery etc.

Great stay, will visit again.

Great value for money, beautiful grounds/pool and friendly staff. Rooms were big. Only downside was the shower/bath combo. NB 1 bedroom allows for 4 ppl in the booking, but it only has one bed so you either need to pay for extra beds for older kids or byo.

We loved it for our family and we stayed for 5 nights which was long enough for us.

he hotel is in a beautiful and peaceful greenery setting with a lovely big pool. It has a good variety of sun and shade, both in the water and the sun beds. Great for kids. It’s in a gated community of other big nice hotels. The surroundings are very well maintained and safe and the shuttle service to the beach is very convenient although the walk to the beach is beautiful too and leads you through a shady path of bamboo so not even too far with young kids. The breakfast is lovely, with lots of options and a great setting. There are 3 restaurants/cafes in the . The prices are like home in NZ, or even more. An ice block is 8 nzd. Filtered water is provided in the room. Beds are hard which was my fear but they are very comfortable and we all sleep very well. It’s quiet. 5 min walk away there is a walking street with restaurants and some stalls and spas. That was great.

The buildings, especially the rooms, are very run down. They are decently clean but looks dirty cus of the lime scale in the bathrooms. The majority of the little rubbish bins are broken and there is a kitchen with a kettle but not plug for it (unless you unplug the fridge or the water filter). We had a kitchen but no sharp knife, no plastic bags to put food scraps in, only the broken little bin. We got a different room than what I booked (same amount of beds but different floor plan and pictures). It was on the bottom floor with a hedge as a fence so there is no sun or view, mostly dark. I never bothered to ask to change as we arrived late with 3 kids and a long trip behind us. Out of The toilets by the restaurants a Cpl looked blocked, only one had toilet paper and they looked like they needed a big clean . This was in the morning. After that we used the toilets in the room instead. The beach club is not fancy, it had an ice cream fridge with 2 ice blocks varieties, the sign for it was broken and hung loose, It does not look like a kitchen, looks a bit dirty (I didn’t feel tempted at eating there really) but they serve food. Saying that, the restaurant and surroundings are very clean and well maintained. I think Novotel is in the lower end of the hotels in the complex pund. Beach is beautiful, you have to walk further away to get away from the strong currents. There is a nice beach walk passing fancy resorts with western prices + Hotel wanted to charge 2500 000 for a van to Ubud while a private booking taxi wanted 1000 000.

A nice, comfortable stay. Staff were very attentive

Spacious suite, clean and very comfortable bed. Room temperature was set perfectly fine.
